I loved my experience at U32. The spaces are all renewed and comfortable, and the terrace is a wonderful place to work out. Thomas is an incredible host: he is always looking for improvement and very caring about any needs. The community was amazing and I would surely stay there again if I'd go back to LP!

Been staying here for the past 3 years every winter - great coliving, silent location, lots of sports equipment and classes are included, so are cleaning, towels, water, coffee etc. Thomas is a great host and a partner in crime for sports or hikes, highly recommended.

Really a great place. I've been to Thomas twice and stayed there for several weeks. Everything has been renovated, it's very clean and I've met wonderful people every time. Thomas is a very warm person who takes great care of his guests. The house is only a few minutes walk from the beach. I would love to come back!

Stayed here earlier this year and was a truly great stay! The whole house has been redone and is very new with a modern look and a great vibe. Things I especially appreciated were the many small details that made U32 great. As a very health conscious person I really liked the sports equipment, filtered water and big kitchen to cook fresh meals. For productivity it was perfect as well as the office room comes equipped with additional monitors. The rooms themselves were furnished with minimalistic and new furniture just the way I liked it and the living room along with the huge sofa were the perfect space to relax. Overall, it was a great stay and we had a super nice vibe in the co-living with like-minded people that were also into sports, productivity, health and doing cool things.

Amazing co-living space! As much as I'm tempted to keep it a secret, this place needs the recognition it deserves. Everything is brand-new and of premium quality. Every room has a different sport theme like the "yoga yard" or the "swimmer's suite" and every detail is thought through. The co-working space is amazing, with lots of light, standing up desks etc. The kitchen is super modern and very well organised for sharing. There are more than enough bathrooms for everyone and there is weekly cleaning so the place is always spotless. The cherries on the cake are not one, but 2 rooftops: one for sports/yoga, and one for sunbathing. The location is also perfect, a few minutes away from the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet it's a dead end street, so it's quiet. But what really makes the place magical is the people: I met the most amazing people from all over the world, everyone shared the same values, was sporty and healthy, yet fun, and we all kept the space clean, and respected each other's needs. And of course, the landlord Thomas, who is super friendly and professional, and really cares that his guests have the best experience.

We were very lucky to discover Thomas and his co-living space in a very stressful situation. Our original Airbnb suddenly became unsafe and we urgently needed to find new accommodation. After contacting Thomas, we were able to view the room just 30 minutes later and move in right away - a huge relief! The co-living space itself is fantastic: very cozy, clean and modernly equipped. Across three floors there is a beautiful kitchen, a great rooftop terrace and a spacious workspace with its own monitor for meetings. We especially liked the well-thought-out structure with clear labels for each room and the shared areas. The atmosphere was great - lots of nice young people, an open and friendly community. There are also pull-up bars, yoga mats and well-equipped bathrooms. The WiFi was reliable and fast, and overall the whole experience was simply pleasant. Payment was straightforward and fair. We felt very comfortable here for a week and can recommend this place wholeheartedly. 5 stars - thank you, Thomas!

Sport is central to daily life at U32. The community includes people into acroyoga, running, yoga, cycling, calisthenics, and more. Some train together, some train solo - the infrastructure supports both.

The coliving is in La Isleta, Las Palmas - 5 minutes walk from Playa de Las Canteras. Beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and parks are all close by.
