The price covers more than a room. You'll find almost everything you need to train, work, cook healthy meals and relax.
U32 Headquarter is the main house: your room, the coworking space, the rooftop training terrace and the people are all in the same building. P21 and J48 are a few minutes' walk away, and everyone living there has the same access to everything at U32 - some prefer that short walk, because it puts a door between home and work.

Sport activities
Community activities vary with the season, current residents, interest and available trainers. When there is enough interest, we organise up to 8 activities per month. Regular formats include yoga, handstand training, acroyoga, calisthenics, run & brunch, ice bathing, and hiking. Not mandatory - just there if you want them.
Sport equipment
Free for everyone living with us, no booking and no key: the sport rooftop terrace with tatami and acro mats, pull-up bars in all three buildings, weights, a battle rope and a volleyball set, plus a racing bike and a stationary bike. The equipment list, with photos →

Workspace
In addition to your private workspace, the silent coworking area at U32 is shared and available throughout the day.
Internet
Wifi in every location. U32 and J48 run on a 1000 Mbit line, P21 on 500. In U32, where most residents live, bandwidth is capped at up to 100 Mbit per resident - enough for video calls and large uploads, while preventing a single heavy user from slowing down the connection for everyone else.

Kitchen
Every location has an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, a moka pot, a V60 for hand-filtered coffee, storage boxes, and everything else you need to cook and eat. P21 and U32 additionally have a bean-to-cup coffee machine, and U32 also has a mixer for baking.
Food & drinks
Filtered water, coffee and tea are available at all times. Groceries and meals are not included - the shared kitchen is yours to use.
Relax
Terraces and living rooms
Every location has a sun terrace on the roof. At U32 it holds sunbeds, a parasol and a working corner with power sockets, next to the separate sport rooftop terrace. P21 has a parasol and a hanging chair. J48 has three terraces - one for dining, one for training, and a mirador with views over half of Gran Canaria, sunrise, sunset, and Tenerife on a clear day. U32 and J48 also have a shared living room.
Your room
Each room has its own yoga mat, desk, office chair, and external monitor. Standard furnishings - bed (medium or firm mattress), wardrobe, mirror, bedside lamp, linen, and towels - are of course included as well. Every room door locks.

Cleaning
Weekly cleaning of common areas, plus a full room clean at check-in and check-out.
Laundry
Washing machines in all three buildings. Two laundry cycles per guest are included for every started week of your stay, including detergent. Additional washes cost €1 each.
