A sport coliving is a shared home built around training. You have your own room, you share the kitchen, the living room and the coworking space, and the building itself holds the training area and the equipment. U32 SportColiving in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is one.

A coliving is a shared home where you have your own room but live in a friendly, community-driven space. You share big common areas - rooftop terraces, living rooms, coworking zones - and there are usually community activities or small events that make it easy to connect. Most people here work while they stay, digital nomads and employees on long remote stays, so the coworking space carries as much weight as the training area.

The silent coworking area at U32. Most residents work from here on a normal weekday.
The difference is what the building gives you: a rooftop terrace that works as an outdoor gym, the equipment to use it, and people who train.
An open rooftop training floor, where the organised sessions happen.
Equipment that is free and never locked away: pull-up bars in all three buildings, gymnastic rings, kettlebells, weight plates, resistance bands, a battle rope, and 20 m² of tatami.
Sessions that run when enough people want them: acroyoga, yoga, running, calisthenics, beach volleyball, ice bathing.
Your own room with a desk and a monitor, because most people work here too.

The equipment corner on the way up to the roof. Nothing is booked and nothing is locked away.

The living room at U32. The racing bike and the stationary bike live here, next to the sofa.
Two comparisons people make. A hostel is built for short stays and strangers; here people stay for weeks or months and every room has a door that locks. A flat plus a gym membership gives you both things separately; a sport coliving puts them in one building and adds the people, which is the part you cannot rent. More on both in not a hostel, not a hotel and is this right for you.

Trail running above Playa de Confital. The route starts at the door and runs about 8 km.

A community dinner on the terrace. Nobody organises these into a programme.
In short: Coliving = community. Sport Coliving = community + movement + a shared active lifestyle.
