Everything here is free to use for everyone living with us. Nothing has to be booked, nothing is locked away. Take it, use it, put it back where you found it - that last part is the whole system.
Most of the loose equipment lives in one place: the corner on the staircase landing at U32. It is on the way to the rooftop, which is the point - you pass it on your way up.

The corner at the top of the stairs at U32. Everything in the list below is in this photo.
Read off that photo, top to bottom:
A portable beach volleyball set in its carry bag - net, posts and lines, the dimensions are printed on the bag.
Two volleyballs.
Several pairs of long swim fins and a snorkel.
A rolled-up mat across the top of the rack.
Two foam rollers for the legs and back.
Medicine balls, two of them.
A basketball, a second ball and a football.
Wooden gymnastic rings.
Weight plates and dumbbell bars, plus kettlebells on the bottom shelf.
Gloves, caps and small cases in the top tray.
A battle rope, coiled on the side of the shelf.
Resistance bands in several strengths.
A free-standing, height-adjustable bar frame for dips and push-ups.
Paddles leaning against the banister.
A suspension strap anchored to the newel post.
This list is read off the photo above, so it is a snapshot rather than an inventory - things get borrowed, replaced and added.

Both bikes live in the living room at U32: the racing bike on the wall, the stationary bike in front of it.

A walking pad for the desk.
A rescue board for the water.
More on the bikes in the bike guide, and on what is included in your stay in what's included.
The sport rooftop terrace at U32 is the main training area: open floor, the pull-up bar, and where the organised sessions happen.
The laundry room on the same level holds 20 m² of 4 cm tatami puzzle mats - laid out for partner acrobatics and martial arts.
Acro and yoga mats for the rooftop, plus a private yoga mat in every room.

There is a bar in every building, and one of them is in a room.

U32: the bar on the sport rooftop terrace, next to the training area.

P21: over the doorway on the way to the kitchen. The idea is one pull-up every time you walk through.

J48: on the southern terrace, right next to the terrace door of Highline Haven.

Calisthenics Cove has its own bar on the wall - the only one inside a room.
No booking and no key. If it is there, it is free.
Put it back in the same spot. The corner only works because the next person finds things where the photo shows them.
Rinse anything that went into salt water before it goes back - fins and the rescue board especially.
Tell us if something breaks. It gets replaced, and nobody is charged for normal wear.
What we actually do with it is in sport at U32 and outdoor sports in Las Palmas.
