All three of our buildings are in Isleta, each within 500 metres of Playa de Las Canteras and 120 to 350 metres from one another. The beach, the promenade and the rocky coastline of El Confital are all on foot.
The promenade is flat, traffic-free and about 3 km end to end, which makes it the default route for running, walking and getting to the surf at La Cícer. A few streets inland the neighbourhood turns quiet and residential.
Beyond the city, most of the island is reachable by bus - the dunes of Maspalomas in under an hour, the volcanic crater of Caldera de Bandama a little more. No car needed.

Why Gran Canaria
Gran Canaria is often called a miniature continent, and for anyone who likes moving that is not just a tourism slogan. Within an hour of the front door you can be surfing a beginner break, climbing volcanic rock, or running a ridge line at 1,500 metres. The weather cooperates all year, which is the real luxury: there is no off-season to train around.
