U32 is not trying to be right for everyone. It is built for a specific kind of person, and knowing whether that is you makes the decision easier for both sides.
You train regularly - not necessarily at an elite level, but with intention. You work remotely and care about doing it well. You value community without needing it to be constant. You are comfortable with shared living: shared kitchen, shared common areas, occasional compromises.
You want the privacy of your own apartment. You smoke or vape. You are mainly looking for the cheapest place to sleep in Las Palmas. You expect hotel-level service - someone to take care of things, flexible check-in at any hour, no house rules to follow.
You get a fully set-up environment - workspace, sport equipment, community activities, weekly cleaning of common areas - in exchange for living with other people and following a few shared rules. Less privacy than a private flat. More infrastructure and community than a typical rental.
If that trade-off sounds right, you will probably feel at home here.
