Swimmer’s Suite is on the first floor of U32, between the large shared bathroom and the kitchen, and the wall to the kitchen carries extra sound insulation. Its own bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a large mirror and a window of its own. The desk stands at the room window.

Swimming from here

From Swimmer's Suite, the sea at Las Canteras is about 450 metres away. Farther along the promenade, a section of the beach has free lockers and private showers. For indoor pool training in any weather, Piscina León y Castillo is nearby and has seven 25 m lanes on weekdays.

Trade-offs

Just so you know, Swimmer's Suite has two trade-offs:

Sound can still carry around the corner through the hallway wall, which is not insulated to the same standard.
Daylight reaches the room indirectly - the window faces the inner patio, not the outside.

Pets and children: as a rule, no. Exceptions are rare, happen only in the J48 Penthouse and only with the agreement of the residents staying there, and a minor comes only together with a parent. No parties, and the whole place is smoke-free, indoors and out.
