A very bright ninth-floor room with wide views over the island, mountains and port.
Highline Haven is in the J48 Penthouse on the ninth floor of C. Juan Rejón 48. A sliding glass door opens onto the southern terrace, shared with Summit Shelter, which looks out over the port - and a pull-up bar hangs right next to that door. Opening it together with the living room’s terrace door puts a strong draught through the flat. One floor further up, above the apartment, the roof gives an almost full circle over Las Palmas and half of Gran Canaria. The desk sits in a niche with cupboards above it, and blackout curtains run the full width of the glass door.
The photograph in Highline Haven was taken here on Gran Canaria. There is no suitable place to rig a highline at the coliving itself, but a local group sets up lines around the island, e.g. across sea coves. In Las Palmas itself, a local slackline community also sets up lines between trees.
These do not differ between rooms or buildings.

Just so you know, Highline Haven has three trade-offs:
With the windows open, the main road 150 m away carries into the room as a low rush, most noticeably around six in the morning.
The sun stands on the window front, so the room warms up when the windows stay shut.
Not the main building: the community, the coworking area and the main sport area are in U32, a short walk away.
