At U32, movement is part of daily life. Whether you are here for a few weeks or a few months, sport naturally integrates into your routine - before work, after work, or right in between.
We host 3-8 organised sport sessions per month, depending on the season and the current community mix.
Our rooftop is designed for functional and bodyweight training. Sessions take place in an open, focused environment - structured, but never forced.
Yoga
Handstand training
Partner acrobatics (Acroyoga)
Calisthenics
We regularly take training outside. With Las Canteras just steps away, the ocean becomes part of the training ground.
Run & Brunch
Ice bathing
Hikes in the surrounding mountains
Beach workouts
Beyond organised sessions, residents have free access to all sport equipment at the HQ - tatami mats, pull-up bars, bikes, battle rope, volleyball, rescue board, and more. Available to everyone across all locations. Full equipment & inclusions list →
Train independently. Train together. Or simply join when it feels right.
Many of the best sessions happen spontaneously - not because they were planned, but because the people and the space make them easy.
Beach volleyball meetups
Small strength sessions

You do not need to be an athlete. But you should enjoy moving.
U32 is not a party hostel with occasional yoga. And it is not a silent retreat with strict schedules.
It attracts people who enjoy combining work, focus, and physical activity - without pressure, without ego, and without extremes. Sport here is intentional, not performative. A structure that supports you, not one that defines you.
