Community Life & Weekly Activities

Community at U32 is not forced. There is no mandatory group dinner or welcome ritual. But there is a real rhythm - people who train together, work in the same space, and occasionally cook or go out together.

Organised weekly activities

Around 3–8 activities per month are organised by the coliving. Regular formats have included Rocket and Vinyasa Yoga, handstand training, AcroYoga (partner acrobatics), calisthenics, run & brunch, ice bathing, and hiking. Which ones run - and how often - depends on the season and what the current residents are into. None of them are mandatory.

Shared dinners & evenings

Community dinners happen regularly - sometimes everyone brings a dish, sometimes a few residents take over the kitchen and cook for the house. Music and rooftop evenings have been part of this too.

Going out

Las Palmas has a lot to offer beyond the coliving. People often go out together - to restaurants, the beach, or a nearby viewpoint for sunset. Occasionally there are parties or concerts that come together spontaneously. The coliving itself stays calm after around 10 pm.

Spontaneous community

A lot of the best moments are unplanned. Residents use the rooftop equipment to train solo or as a group, take the volleyball net to the beach, go on hikes, or head out for a morning jog together. The infrastructure and the mix of people make these things happen naturally. What exactly happens depends a lot on who is living here - their interests, their initiative, and how the group connects. The organised programme is also shaped by which trainers and coaches are available at any given time.
