At the airport, there is a taxi stand right outside the arrivals area, and a bus station around 400 meters away. Here are the three most common options.

One direct bus to Santa Catalina, then an easy walk. Good balance of price and simplicity.

Cheap option with a shorter walk.
The buses do not stop when it gets dark. Through the night they usually run every 60 to 90 minutes instead of the daytime frequency, so a late landing does not automatically mean a taxi - it mainly means you might wait longer. Check the next departure in Google Maps before you decide.
Arriving in the middle of the night is not a problem at our end either: check-in is self-service via a keybox, so there is no reception desk to catch. You get the access details in advance, and we only ask that you come in quietly - see the coliving FAQ for the details.
On the airport bus, you can only bring small backpacks into the seating area. Larger luggage goes in the compartment underneath the bus. Across well over a hundred trips we know of, it happened once that another passenger mixed up their suitcase, and our guest found only a similar-looking case at the final stop. He was able to get in touch and swap it back three days later. The risk is low, but it helps to attach something distinctive to your luggage. If you want to rule it out entirely, take a taxi.
Take the taxi for heavy luggage, or at night when you would rather not wait for the next bus.
