Two questions come up in almost every enquiry, and both deserve a straight answer rather than a brochure line: what is actually around the houses, and what is it like here in the evening.
There are three medium-sized supermarkets (Spar and Superdino) within about 400 metres, so the weekly shop is a short walk with no planning involved.
Beyond that, there are dozens of restaurants and cafés within a kilometre, from cheap local places to the seafront terraces along Las Canteras, plus bars for an evening out. You are in a normal, lived-in part of the city, not a resort strip.
This comes up most often from women travelling alone, so here is what we can actually say rather than a promise we are not in a position to make: we have hosted dozens of solo female travellers, and we ask every guest how they are getting on. Nobody has ever told us they felt unsafe here.
The area is residential and stays populated in the evening, and the promenade is busy well after dark. The usual big-city common sense applies, as it would anywhere.
Usually quiet. This is not a party area, and the coliving itself is not a party place either - see Not a Party Location.
Two honest exceptions, both of them seasonal and both audible mainly from the J48 penthouse:

In the early morning, around 5 to 6 am, you may notice traffic from the nearby street, especially if you sleep with the windows open
If you are a light sleeper, that is worth knowing in advance. For the rest of the year, and in the other two houses, nights are unremarkable.
