Cancellation Policy

The deposit amounts to the minimum of one monthly rent or half the total rent.

If you cancel at least two days before the rental start date, half the deposit is refunded - meaning you lose at most 25% of the total rent. Cancellations less than two days before the start date result in no refund - meaning you lose at most 50% of the total rent.

If the rent due is not received by the scheduled check-in date, this shall be considered a cancellation by the Tenant.

If the stay is shortened after it has started, the rent for the cancelled nights is reduced as follows:

• Less than 8 days' notice: 20% reduction

• 8 to 28 days' notice: 50% reduction

• More than 28 days' notice: 80% reduction

Any cancellation or change must be made in written electronic form - via email or WhatsApp.
